Job Summary of Inventory Merchandise Associate:
Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience demonstrated by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principals and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

- Counts and processes customer purchases and returns in compliance with operational protocols
- Recommends integrating credit and loyalty programs into customer discussions
- Maintains the merchandising philosophy by following the established procedures and standards effectively
- Efficiently follows company guidelines and standards when processing and setting up merchandise for display and sale
- Starts and engages in store revival as necessary throughout the day
- Abides by the organizational, cleanliness, and recovery measures for the sales floor and assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire store
- Emphasizes ongoing acknowledgment and valuable commentary
- Conforms to the entirety of labor legislations, policies, and operational procedures
- Engages in and supports store initiatives that aim to reduce shrink and meet goals
- Participates in efforts to enhance safety awareness and uphold a risk-free environment
- Carries out additional duties as delegated
