  • Supports and embodies a healthy store atmosphere through transparency, ethical behavior, and consideration
  • Carries out customer purchase and return transactions following prescribed operational procedures with precision
  • Advocates for the marketing of credit and loyalty initiatives when engaging with customers
  • Maintains the merchandising philosophy by following the established procedures and standards effectively
  • Adheres to company protocols and standards while preparing and organizing merchandise for placement on the sales floor
  • Begins and partakes in store recovery as required throughout the day
  • Adheres to the set organizational, cleanliness, and recovery protocols for the sales floor and actively contributes to maintaining the store's cleanliness
  • Provides and embraces regular acknowledgment and supportive feedback
  • Fulfills all requirements set forth in labor legislations, guidelines, and protocols
  • Backs and engages in initiatives aimed at minimizing loss and decreasing shrink within the store
  • Takes part in activities that raise awareness about safety and ensure a hazard-free setting
  • Undertakes supplementary duties as instructed
