Job Summary of Storefront Merchandise Associate:
Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience demonstrated by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principals and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.
Responsibilities of Storefront Merchandise Associate:

- Provides accurate change back to customers and processes transactions in adherence to operating procedures
- Encourages the promotion of credit and loyalty programs as part of customer interactions
- Follows established procedures and standards in line with the merchandising philosophy for consistency
- Efficiently follows company guidelines and standards when processing and setting up merchandise for display and sale
- Takes the lead and joins in store recovery as needed during the day
- Follows all organizational, tidiness, and restoration standards for the sales floor and takes part in preserving the cleanliness of the entire store
- Offers ongoing praise and constructive input
- Adheres to the entirety of labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Supports the objectives and takes part in efforts to reduce shrinkage in the store
- Engages in promoting safety awareness and upholding a secure environment
- Carries out any other tasks as designated
