Job Summary of Temporary Merchandise Associate:
Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience demonstrated by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principals and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

- Properly manages the processing and presentation of merchandise for sale, following the established procedures and guidelines of the company
- Commences and engages in store recovery as needed during the day
- Upholds all standards related to organization, cleanliness, and restoration on the sales floor while also playing a role in keeping the entire store neat and tidy
- Offers and acknowledges continuous appreciation and positive input
- Fulfills all requirements set forth in labor legislations, guidelines, and protocols
- Endorses and joins programs targeted at decreasing shrinkage and meeting reduction goals
- Participates in initiatives that prioritize safety awareness and the upkeep of a risk-free space
- Engages in other assignments as directed
