- Ensures precise handling and organization of merchandise in preparation for showcasing on the sales floor, adhering to company policies and criteria
- Commences and engages in store recovery as needed during the day
- Adheres to the set organizational, cleanliness, and recovery protocols for the sales floor and actively contributes to maintaining the store's cleanliness
- Gives and accepts continual recognition and positive critique

- Engages in and supports store initiatives that aim to reduce shrink and meet goals
